SHIPPING
Shipping methods and delivery times
rutasdelosandes.com will only deliver orders in Colombia. The delivery time is 5 to 8 business days from the date of receipt of the order.
Orders will be delivered by the shipping service chosen by the customer, which will be: Servientrega (recommended) or the 472 shipping service; the cost of this will be paid by the person.
In the event that there is no one responsible for receiving the package at the indicated delivery address, the shipping service must call to confirm what time they can deliver the merchandise; if they cannot communicate, the shipping service will keep your package in its warehouses for approximately 5 days before proceeding to return it to our facilities.
If you do not receive your purchase within the estimated time, you should contact our WhatsApp at 3113403572. From the moment we have your notification, we will carry out the appropriate procedures to find out why you have not received it within the agreed time.
Returns by the shipping agency
If the package is returned to us by the shipping agency stating that the information provided was incorrect, missing information, or the person was not present at the time of delivery.
If this were to happen and the product is returned to our facilities, the person may request a refund if they wish or make a new shipment with the correct information; shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
RETURNS

You can return the merchandise to us provided that you communicate your intention within one week of receiving the order and provided that you keep its packaging in optimal condition and the product must not have been used previously; you must send us photos of the product via rutasdelosandes@gmail.com or call us at 3113403572.
Provided that the return is due to product defects, Rutas de los Andes assumes the shipping costs caused by the return. You may have it replaced or substituted for another item of the same kind.
If the reasons for the return are unrelated to Rutas de los Andes, that is, if the merchandise is in perfect condition but you still want to return it, you must send the product in its original packaging and in perfect condition. The expenses incurred by the return will NOT be covered by Rutas de los Andes.
