- How much does an additional night at a hotel cost? It will cost $50,000 pesos on the tour price per person.
- How much does an additional night at a cabin cost? It will cost $100,000 pesos.
- How to get there? A motorized rickshaw 🛵 charges about $10,000 pesos. There are no restaurants at the location, so we recommend buying food in town before going.
- What time does the tour end? The tour ends around 2 pm, so you have time to catch a bus back.
- How can I get to Norcasia? Direct buses to Norcasia have limited departure times, so we recommend traveling to La Dorada first. Medellín: From the Northern Terminal to La Dorada, using transport companies like Rápido Ochoa, Coomotor, or Expresos Brasilia; the cost is around $80,000 pesos, and the trip takes 5 hours.
- Bogotá: Several companies provide this service; among them are Rápido Ochoa, Coomotor, or Expresos Brasilia; the trip takes 5 hours.
- Upon arriving in La Dorada, Caldas, you must take one of the buses that depart approximately every hour; the last one leaves at 5 p. m. You also have the option to take a taxi to Norcasia. The trip takes about 1 hour.
Payment and reservation policies
- Reservation: Confirm your spot with 30% of the total value by sending the receipt to this chat. Deposits are non-refundable.
- Balance (70%): Paid in cash (or verified transfer) on the day of the tour before starting the activity.
Cancellation and rescheduling
- 7 or more days in advance: Reschedule at no cost. 100% of your deposit remains as credit (valid for 6 months).
- 3 to 6 days before: Reschedule with a 20% penalty of the total value for logistical expenses.
- Less than 48 hours or No-Show: Last-minute cancellation, non-attendance, or tardiness implies the loss of the 30% reservation, with no right to reschedule.
- Weather or force majeure: If suspended due to weather or road closures, the trip will be rescheduled or a voucher for 100% of the deposited amount will be issued.

Definitivamente Norcasia es un destino que hay que visitar al menos una vez en la vida. La combinación de ríos, pozos naturales y el increíble Embalse Amaní hacen que este viaje sea inolvidable. Este viaje fue una de las mejores experiencias que he tenido. La belleza del Río La Miel y la inmensidad del Embalse Amaní son simplemente IMPRESIONANTES. Me encantó la caminata hasta el mirador, la vista es algo que nunca olvidaré. También disfruté mucho los pozos naturales, perfectos para relajarse después de la aventura. Agradezco a la agencia por la excelente organización y la atención de los guías, hicieron que todo fuera perfecto

Fuimos 8 personas en este tour y definitivamente quedamos con muchas ganas de regresar a descubrir mas de los lugares que Norcasia tiene. El lugar parece sacado de un cuento, la comida es deliciosa, casera y muy abundante y los guias son los mas amables y divertidos para hacer este plan. Super recomendado.
