If the minimum number of participants is not reached, we will offer rescheduling or a full refund of the money paid.
Special conditions
Each route may establish specific requirements regarding physical fitness, minimum age, mandatory equipment, access permits, luggage restrictions, or other conditions specific to the experience.
A fifth document that I do recommend you create
In addition to those four pages, I would add a very important fifth one:
- Personal Data Processing Policy (in compliance with Law 1581 of 2012 and other applicable regulations in Colombia).
In your forms, you collect names, identification documents, phone numbers, health information, emergency contacts, and other personal data. Having an independent privacy policy not only builds greater trust but is also a good practice for complying with Colombian data protection regulations.
