🚶♂️ How long is the hike? It is mainly done by vehicle. We make strategic stops at authorized points for short hikes and photography.
Can I touch snow? It is unlikely, as there is no snow where we are allowed to go up.
🐾 Can I bring my pet? No, due to environmental regulations and wildlife protection, pets are not allowed to enter PNN Los Nevados.
🎿 Do I need specialized clothing? We recommend a good thermal jacket, gloves, a hat, and leggings. Find ideal options in our Randes store!
🥦 Are there vegetarian/vegan options? Yes, we adapt the dishes with plant-based proteins (vegan meat or vegan chorizo) and options without animal-based broths.

🚗 Can you pick me up at my lodging if I am not in Manizales? Yes, it is possible; however, this has an additional cost that we must check with the driver beforehand.
♨️ What happens if I don't want to go to the hot springs? The tour price includes a $35,000 peso discount on the total price.

💳 Payment and booking policies

Booking: 30% payment. To confirm your spot, a 30% deposit of the total value is required. Please send the payment receipt to this WhatsApp chat.
Remaining balance (70%): Paid in cash on the day of the tour, before starting the activity.

⚠️ Cancellation and rescheduling

Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or on the day of the tour will incur a penalty of 30% of the total value (equivalent to the booking deposit).
Rescheduling: Free if done 2 days in advance.

Me encantó que el recorrido sea cómodo en carro, permitiendo ver Laguna Negra y Aguacerales sin agotarse. Aunque no hay nieve en Tumbas, la vista del volcán es imponente. El cierre en los termales fue lo mejor para relajarse.

Excelente organización y comida casera

Nos recogieron puntualmente en el hotel en el centro. El desayuno y el almuerzo en las viviendas locales fueron deliciosos, con ese sabor auténtico del campo. El guía conocía muchísimo sobre la historia de la alerta volcánica y el ecosistema de páramo. Una experiencia muy completa y segura.

Best tour in Manizales!

An absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. The 6:00 AM hotel pickup was super convenient and everything was perfectly organized. Seeing Laguna Negra so early in the morning was magical, and the hike through Arenales and Tumbas felt like being on another planet. The lunch was delicious, and relaxing in the hot springs for two hours at the end of the day was the perfect way to recharge. If you're in the region, don't miss this!
