SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

Shipping methods and delivery times

rutasdelosandes.com will only deliver orders in Colombia. The delivery time is 5 to 8 business days from the date of receipt of the order.

Orders will be delivered by the shipping service chosen by the customer, which will be: Servientrega (recommended) or the 472 shipping service; the cost of this will be paid by the individual.

In the event that there is no one responsible for receiving the package at the indicated delivery address, the shipping service must call to confirm at what time they can deliver the merchandise. If they are unable to communicate, the shipping service will keep your package in their warehouses for approximately 5 days before proceeding with the return to our facilities.

If you do not receive your purchase within the estimated time, you should contact our WhatsApp 3113403572. From the moment we have your notification, we will take the appropriate steps to find out why you have not received it within the agreed time.

Returns by the shipping agency

If the package is returned to us by the shipping agency stating that the information provided was incorrect, information was missing, or the person was not present at the time of delivery.

If this were to happen and the product is returned to our facilities, the person may request a refund if they wish or carry out a new shipment with the correct information; shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Return for defective product

You may return the merchandise to us provided you communicate your intention within one week after receiving the order and provided that you keep its packaging in optimal condition and the product must not have been previously used; you must send us photos of the product via rutasdelosandes@gmail.com or to our WhatsApp 3113403572.

Return for Size Exchange

If the reasons for the return are unrelated to Rutas de los Andes, that is, if the merchandise is in perfect condition but you want to exchange it for another size, you must send the product in its original packaging and in perfect condition within a period of no more than 5 days after having received your product.

The costs incurred for the return will NOT be covered by Rutas de los Andes.
