Through our website, we provide information on different experiences and facilitate the connection between travelers and local tour operators who offer these services.

Our goal is to connect travelers with specialized companies and guides so they can enjoy safe and organized experiences.

2. Our role as a platform

In some destinations, Rutas de los Andes acts as an intermediary between the traveler and the tour operator responsible for carrying out the activity.

This means we facilitate:

  • The booking process.
  • Payment management.
  • Pre-trip communication.
  • Customer support before and after the activity.

The operation of the tour is always carried out by the responsible tour operator.

3. Responsibility of the tour operator

Each operator is responsible for:

  • Execution of the tour.
  • Professional guides.
  • Contracted transportation.
  • Accommodation (where applicable).
  • Included meals.
  • Insurance offered.
  • Required permits.
  • Compliance with Colombian tourism legislation.

Before the trip, the participant will receive information about the operator in charge.

4. Responsibility of Rutas de los Andes

We carefully select the operators we work with and seek to collaborate with formally established companies.

However, Rutas de los Andes does not directly operate tourism activities, and therefore does not assume responsibility for events attributable exclusively to the operator, third parties, or circumstances beyond our control.

In the event of any issue, we will assist the traveler as a communication channel to facilitate a solution with the responsible operator.

5. Use of the website

The user agrees to:

  • Not make fraudulent bookings.
