Exchanges and returns

Terms and conditions: You have a maximum of 8 calendar days from the moment you receive your order. The garment must be new, unworn, unwashed, free of odors and makeup, with tags attached and in its original packaging.
How to request: Write to us via WhatsApp with your order number and photos of the garment. Wait for our authorization before sending it: we do not accept unauthorized shipments.
Exchange for size or defect: You cover the shipping to our facilities, and we cover the return shipping. If the size is out of stock, production takes up to 15 business days. 1 exchange per order is allowed.
Return for dissatisfaction: Only the value of the garment is refunded. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Right of withdrawal: Additionally, within 5 business days following delivery, you may exercise the right of withdrawal as recognized by Law 1480 of 2011. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense, and the money is refunded within the legal timeframes.
Made-to-measure garments: Items made to your measurements or personalized cannot be exchanged or returned, as they are manufactured exclusively for you and cannot be reassigned.
Underwear and swimwear: For hygiene reasons, no exchanges or returns are accepted for boxers, shorts, or underwear.
Refunds: Processed to the same payment method used for the purchase, within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the garment.
If your order had free shipping: When returning part of an order, the actual shipping cost is deducted from the refund, as free shipping applies to the total purchase.
Manufacturing defect warranty: This is independent of the 8-calendar-day period: if the garment has a manufacturing flaw, the legal warranty applies. Write to us with photos and we will review it.
Shipping issues or loss: Any delivery irregularity will be investigated with the carrier (3 to 5 business days). No refunds are made during this period: money is refunded once official loss is confirmed or the package is returned to us.
Incorrect addresses: We assume no responsibility or costs for failed deliveries caused by wrong or incomplete shipping information.
Refused cash-on-delivery: If you refuse a package you ordered as cash-on-delivery, the round-trip freight costs are at your expense.
What is not covered: Wear and tear, incorrect washing, discoloration due to sun, or alterations made by third parties.
