Exchanges and returns

• Deadline and conditions: You have a maximum of 8 calendar days from the time you receive the order. The garment must be new, unworn, unwashed, free of odors or makeup, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
• How to request: Write to us via WhatsApp with the order number and photos of the garment. Wait for our authorization before sending it: we do not accept unauthorized shipments.
• Exchange for size or defect: You cover the shipping to our facilities, and we cover the return shipping. If there is no stock of the size, production may take up to 15 business days. 1 exchange per order is accepted.
• Return due to dissatisfaction: Only the value of the garment is refunded. The shipping cost to return it is your responsibility.
• Right of withdrawal: Additionally, within 5 business days following delivery, you may exercise the right of withdrawal recognized by Law 1480 of 2011. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense, and the money will be refunded within the timeframes established by law.
• Custom-made garments: Garments made to your measurements or personalized items cannot be exchanged or returned, as they are manufactured exclusively for you and cannot be reassigned.
• Underwear and swimwear: For hygiene reasons, exchanges or returns are not accepted for boxers, shorts, or underwear.
• Refunds: These are made to the same payment method used for the purchase, within 10 business days following the receipt and inspection of the garment.
• If your order had free shipping: When returning part of an order, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund, as free shipping applies to the total purchase amount.
• Warranty for manufacturing defects: This is independent of the 8-calendar-day period: if the garment has a manufacturing flaw, the legal warranty applies. Write to us with photos so we can review it.
• Issues or lost shipments: Any irregularity in delivery enters an investigation with the carrier (3 to 5 business days). No refunds are made during this period: money is refunded once official loss is confirmed or the package is returned to us.
• Incorrect addresses: We do not assume responsibility or costs for failed deliveries caused by wrong or incomplete shipping details.
• Refused cash-on-delivery: If you refuse a package requested as cash-on-delivery, the outbound and return freight costs are your responsibility.
• What is not covered: Wear and tear from use, improper washing, sun-induced fading, or alterations made by third parties.
