Exchanges and returns
- Term and conditions: You have a maximum of 8 calendar days from the receipt of your order. The garment must be new, unworn, unwashed, free of odors and makeup, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- How to request: Write to us via WhatsApp with your order number and photos of the garment. Wait for our authorization before sending it back: we do not accept unauthorized shipments.
- Exchanges for size or defect: You cover the shipping to our facilities, and we cover the return shipping. If there is no stock of your size, manufacturing may take up to 15 business days. 1 exchange per order is allowed.
- Returns due to dissatisfaction: Only the value of the garment is refunded. You assume the shipping cost to return it.
- Right of withdrawal: Additionally, within 5 business days following delivery, you may exercise your right of withdrawal as recognized by Law 1480 of 2011. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense, and the money is refunded within the timelines established by law.
- Custom-made garments: Garments made to your measurements or personalized items cannot be exchanged or returned, as they are manufactured exclusively for you and cannot be reassigned.
- Underwear and swimwear: For hygiene reasons, exchanges or returns are not accepted for boxers, shorts, or underwear.
- Refunds: Processed via the same payment method used for the purchase, within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the garment.
- If your order had free shipping: When returning part of the order, the actual shipping cost is deducted from the refund, as free shipping applies only to the total purchase amount.
- Warranty for manufacturing defects: Independent of the 8-calendar-day period: if the garment has a manufacturing flaw, the legal warranty applies. Write to us with photos so we can review it.
- Shipment issues or loss: Any delivery irregularity will be investigated with the courier (3 to 5 business days). No refunds are issued during this period: money is refunded only once official loss is confirmed or the package returns to us.
- Incorrect addresses: We do not assume responsibility or costs for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
- Rejected cash-on-delivery: If you reject a package ordered via cash-on-delivery, the round-trip freight costs are your responsibility.
- What is not covered: Wear and tear, improper washing, discoloration from sun exposure, or alterations made by third parties.
