Exchanges and returns

• Terms and conditions: You have a maximum of 8 calendar days from receiving your order. The garment must be new, unworn, unwashed, free of odors or makeup, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
• How to request it: Write to us via WhatsApp with your order number and photos of the garment. Wait for our authorization before sending it: we do not accept unauthorized shipments.
• Exchange for size or defect: You cover the shipping cost to our facilities, and we cover the return shipping. If the size is out of stock, production takes up to 15 business days. 1 exchange per order is accepted.
• Return for dissatisfaction: Only the value of the garment is refunded. You cover the shipping cost for the return.
• Right of withdrawal: Additionally, within 5 business days of delivery, you may exercise your right of withdrawal as recognized by Law 1480 of 2011. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense, and the money is refunded within the timelines established by law.
• Custom-made garments: Garments made to your measurements or personalized items cannot be exchanged or returned, as they are manufactured exclusively for you and cannot be reassigned.
• Underwear and swimwear: For hygiene reasons, exchanges or returns are not accepted for boxers, shorts, or underwear.
• Refunds: Issued to the same payment method used for the purchase, within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the garment.
• If your order had free shipping: When returning part of an order, the actual shipping cost is deducted from the refund, as free shipping applies to the total purchase amount.
• Warranty for manufacturing defects: This is independent of the 8-calendar-day period: if the garment has a manufacturing flaw, the legal warranty applies. Send us photos and we will review it.
• Incidents or lost shipments: Any irregularity in delivery will be investigated with the carrier (3 to 5 business days). No refunds are made during this period: funds are returned once the loss is officially confirmed or the package is returned to us.
• Incorrect addresses: We assume no responsibility or costs for failed deliveries caused by erroneous or incomplete shipping information.
• Rejected cash-on-delivery: If you reject a package ordered via cash-on-delivery, the round-trip freight costs are at your expense.
• What is not covered: Wear and tear from use, improper washing, sun fading, or alterations made by third parties.
