Exchanges and returns

• Deadline and conditions: You have a maximum of 8 calendar days from the moment you receive your order. The garment must be new, unused, unwashed, free of odors or makeup, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• How to request: Write to us via WhatsApp with your order number and photos of the garment. Wait for our authorization before sending it: we do not accept unauthorized shipments.
• Exchange for size or defect: You cover the shipping cost to our facilities and we cover the return shipping cost. If the size is out of stock, production takes up to 15 business days. 1 exchange per order is allowed.
• Return due to dissatisfaction: Only the value of the garment is refunded. You assume the shipping cost to return it.
• Right of withdrawal: Additionally, within 5 business days following delivery, you may exercise your right of withdrawal as recognized by Law 1480 of 2011. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense and the money is refunded within the legal timeframes.
• Custom-made garments: Garments made to your measurements or personalized items cannot be exchanged or returned, as they are manufactured exclusively for you and cannot be reassigned.
• Underwear and swimwear: For hygiene reasons, exchanges or returns are not accepted for boxers, shorts, or underwear.
• Refunds: They are made to the same payment method used for the purchase, within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the garment.
• If your order had free shipping: When returning part of the order, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund, as free shipping applies to the total purchase amount.
• Warranty for manufacturing defects: This is independent of the 8-calendar-day period: if the garment has a manufacturing defect, the legal warranty applies. Write to us with photos and we will review it.
• Issues or lost shipments: Any irregularity in delivery will be investigated with the carrier (3 to 5 business days). No refunds will be issued during that period: money is returned once the official loss is confirmed or the package is returned to us.
• Incorrect addresses: We do not assume responsibility or costs for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
• Rejected cash-on-delivery: If you reject a package ordered via cash-on-delivery, the outbound and return freight costs are at your expense.
• What is not covered: Wear and tear from use, improper washing, discoloration from the sun, or alterations made by third parties.
