Exchanges and returns
- Deadline and conditions: You have a maximum of 8 calendar days from the receipt of your order. The garment must be new, unused, unwashed, free of odors or makeup, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- How to request: Write to us via WhatsApp with your order number and photos of the garment. Wait for our authorization before sending it: we do not accept unauthorized shipments.
- Exchange for size or defect: You cover the shipping to our facilities and we cover the return shipping. If the size is out of stock, production takes up to 15 business days. 1 exchange per order is accepted.
- Return due to dissatisfaction: Only the value of the garment is refunded. You cover the return shipping cost.
- Right of withdrawal: Additionally, within 5 business days following delivery, you may exercise your right of withdrawal as recognized by Law 1480 of 2011. Return transport is at the buyer's expense and money is refunded within legal deadlines.
- Custom-made garments: Garments made to your measurements or customized cannot be exchanged or returned, as they are manufactured exclusively for you and cannot be reassigned.
- Underwear and swimwear: For hygiene reasons, exchanges or returns of boxers, shorts, or underwear are not accepted.
- Refunds: Processed to the same payment method used for the purchase, within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the garment.
- If your order had free shipping: When returning a part of the order, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund, as free shipping applies to the total purchase.
- Warranty for manufacturing defects: This is independent of the 8-calendar-day period: if the garment has a manufacturing defect, the legal warranty applies. Write to us with photos so we can review it.
- Updates or lost shipments: Any delivery irregularity will be investigated with the carrier (3 to 5 business days). No refunds are made during that period: money is refunded once the loss is officially confirmed or the package returns to us.
- Incorrect addresses: We assume no responsibility or costs for failed deliveries caused by erroneous or incomplete shipping information.
- Rejected cash-on-delivery: If you reject a cash-on-delivery package you ordered, the round-trip freight is at your expense.
- What is not covered: Wear and tear from use, improper washing, fading from the sun, or alterations made by third parties.
